《小骨：英雄殺手》中的特殊成就是非常多的，不祥之兆成就就是其中一個，而想要做這個成就只需要擁有預兆刻印即可，難度增加會解鎖建築物，之後過關的獎勵箱子會出現紫色的預兆寶箱。

難度增加會解鎖建築物，之後過關的獎勵箱子會出現紫色的預兆寶箱，裡面會固定掉落一個帶有預兆詞條的裝備，裝備上一次就可以獲得成就，如圖下。

Increasing the difficulty will unlock the building, and then the level chest will drop the equipment of the Omen entry, which can be used once to unlock the achievement (see below).
