一位匿名的用戶最近在網上貼出了一張包含《死亡島》全部48項成就的列表。這份被泄露的列表還配有一張圖片，圖片裡是各項成就的圖示。看起來具有一定的可信度，不過我們目前也沒有辦法確認這份列表是真是假。官方暫時還沒有做出回應。以下是各項成就的名稱：
